Unfortunately, you cannot order directly from this site. I need to order your test kit information through Evexia Diagnostics on your behalf.
Please fill out the information below and I will get that ordered for you!
Once I have ordered the test/s for you, you will receive an email from Evexia Diagnostics, so keep an eye out! You will pay them directly and your test kit will get delivered straight to your door.
After you have completed the test, you can schedule a pick up with FedEx free of charge.
As soon as I get your test results, I will get in touch to schedule you in for a consultation to review your results.
