You can do this through proper nutrition, Biblical living, stress management, natural living, exercise, a Godly mindset, etc. We will cover all of that and more in Healthy Living from A Christian Perspective.

(Nutrition, Sleep, Stress Management, Exercise, Gut Health, Low-Tox Living, Supplements & Spiritual Health)
in depth so you can glorify God with your body and mind.
We will address each of these from both a practical level and a Christian perspective.

You will learn what healthy eating actually looks like (what to include & exclude) to support your physical & mental health, as well as fasting, how to kick the cravings & ensuring that food doesn't become an idol. We will also discuss gut health & poop!
Exercise isn't just about looking good. It impacts your physical, mental & emotional well-being. We will discuss how moving your body honors God, how to workout, how exercise impacts your hormones & adrenals. You'll even get a worship playlist for your workout!
Stress is major factors behind all health concerns and can largely impact your relationship with Jesus. To combat this, you will learn several forms of stress management, not only on a physical level, but from a Christian perspective as well.
Mental health isn't all in your head! Here you will learn all the ways your physiology impacts your mental health. We will also look at mindset - things like discipline vs motivation, comparison and renewing your mind through Christ.
Not only will you learn how to decrease chemicals in your life that are harming your health, you will also learn the basic detox organs and how best to support them naturally.
