Hey, I'm JEN KNUTSON!

The day my bra snapped at work, I wanted to disappear.

I had stretched it past the point of reason because I refused to buy a bigger size and admit how much weight I had gained. 

Then it broke in the middle of my workday, and I had to leave completely humiliated.

That moment hit so hard because it was not just about a bra. 

It was about the 30 pounds I had gained after discovering my husband was having an emotional affair.

Not once, but three times over two years. 

I was sad, depressed, and eating my feelings in secret. 

I would buy chocolate, eat an entire block on the drive home, then hide another one so nobody would see. 

I stopped seeing friends, avoided photos, and quit showing up online because I was so ashamed of how I looked.

What changed everything was realizing my weight gain was not a character flaw. 

There were real, physiological reasons I was experiencing what I was experiencing. 

Stress had thrown my adrenal function off. 
My Reverse T3 was sky high. 
(Both of which cause weight gain.)

The chocolate I kept reaching for was lighting up feel-good neurotransmitters, like serotonin in the brain… making me want even more.
All the time.

Which then also meant that inflammation was up. 

Once I understood the physiology, I stopped asking, "What is wrong with me?" and started asking, "What is my body trying to tell me?"

With the right mentor and a root-cause approach, I addressed what was happening underneath the surface. 

I lost the 30 pounds, kept it off, and built a body and health I feel proud of. 

I was no longer hiding. 

I became more confident, showed up more fully in my relationships and business, and over the years… 

I have helped hundreds of clients improve their health and lose weight by supporting their physiology instead of fighting against it.

I even became an expert Functional Medicine Coach, Naturopath, Nutritionist and Personal Trainer. 

(With a Masters in Health Studies and a Bachelors and Masters in Psychology.)
