Why is this a 12-month program?
Perimenopause is not a short-term issue. Hormonal regulation, metabolic health, nervous system balance and habit changes require time and consistency. This longer-term format allows for deep, lasting transformation rather than temporary relief.
What makes this different from a single consultation?
Single consults often deliver too much information without enough follow-up. This program provides ongoing guidance, education & adjustments so changes become sustainable habits. Not something you try for a few weeks and abandon.
How much access do I have to you?
Every month includes 90 minutes of direct access:
• 30 minutes of private 1:1 coaching
• 60 minutes of group education and Q&A
Plus ongoing email support between sessions.

Is this a group program or a course?
